Each member attends the World Leadership Conference in Washington, DC the summer of their 1st year. During the school year each student is required to complete a service project, a social project, and must recommend at least one student for membership. The summer of their 2nd year students take part in a World Cultural Experience. During the school each student must become a mentor to a younger student, and complete a career research project. Each student attends the Life Skills Training program at Oxford University in England the summer of their 3rd year. The students are now considered "graduated" out of the program and may apply for the "mentor" program.</div> </td> </tr></table></body>
